A native Californian, Zach began work for The Secretary Of The Senate’s Office in the December of 2004. He is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento, and majored in Government. He interned for The California State Assembly, and worked as a messenger for The Legislative Counsel Bureau
Chief Assistant Secretary of the Senate. Born in Phoenix, Arizona, August 13 1949. Attended schools in the Phoenix area, A.A. at Phoenix College in Communication Studies and attended Arizona State University. Moved to Sacramento in 1976 and was hired by the Senate in December of 1976. I served at the Senate Desk as the reading clerk 1977-2004, recently promoted to the Chief Assistant Secretary of the Senate position.
